Exchanges and Returns Policy
To return or exchange your item(s) please contact the Customer Care team to arrange a return, at 'email@example.com' by email.
Alternatively non-faulty merchandise will be accepted at Kewei Design Ltd. Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
Please note that Kewei Design does not accept exchanges or refunds on any customised pieces.
Christmas Gift Returns
To increase the quality of our customer service we do provide this special Christmas Gift Returns policy for the holiday season. Any items purchased between 1st November and 22nd December 2015 can be returned by 31st January 2016.
For refund requests, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
Exchanging a Gift
If you received a Kewei Design item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within a 28 day period. Please send your order to our Customer Care team, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed.
For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
